RF230AP Product description
RF230AP is an adhesive PTFE coated glass fabric. Bonding face is covered with a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.
RF230AP has an excellent temperature resistance, smooth surface, and low coefficient of friction.
RF230AP is commonly used as a semi-permanent release coating on tools. It could be used also to protect from resin flash, and tooling at the parting edgeand can be used for numerous repeated cycles.
RF230AP is suitable for use on flat simple curved moldsor parts and will give a good surface finish on the molded composite part.

RF260AP Product description
RF260AP is an adhesive PTFE coated glass fabric. Bonding face is covered with a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.

RF260AP is commonly used as a semi-permanent release coating on tools. It could be used also to protect from flash of resins tools equipments at the part periphery and can be used for numerous repeated cycles.
RF260AP is suitable for use on flat simple curved moldsor parts and will give a good surface finish on the molded composite part.

RFS1600AP Product description
RFS1600AP is a PTFE coated glass fabric and coated with high-temperature pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive.
The durability and non adhesion properties of RFS1600AP make it an ideal material for permanent coating of
equipment requiring low friction properties. Like RF260AP it can be used as a semi-permanent release coating
for moulds or peripheric moulds equipments.
RFS1600AP is dimensionally stable and resistant to tears, punctures, abrasion and wear.
RFS1600AP is more durable and longer lasting product than RF260AP.
