MIM Batch Furnaces

Not every MIM-application requires or justifies the use of a Cremer MIM-Master system. For pilot series or special applications we offer: batch furnaces - these TFE debinding installations for thermal or catalytic extraction feature after-burners and many other extra.

Lifting-hearth furnaces - these high-temperature sintering furnaces, type HDH, with the rotating platform, allow for high quality parts produced in a reproducible manner. The TFE and HDH-furnaces have proven themselves as excellent tools for determination the process parameters for the large scale production, as well as efficient units for the small serie-productions. These furnaces are marked by large flexibility allowing for a wide range of applications.
