With the new generation of CNC stretch benders, we are demonstrating that it is possible to open up the fourth dimension for the operator. We have taken the right step in the right direction by using up to 26 CNC axes with the link for supplementary control of individual functions, divided into “left” and “right” bending sides.

Our joint development is the computer-aided implementation of the individual motion sequences in the bending process.
Some of the additional functions required during the bending process are integrated into the control system and can be integrated into the CNC control system via corresponding M-functions.
