FEATURES

DEVICE APPLICATION
Separation of the juice from the pulp. Emulsion separation of essential oil from Frit. Reduction liquid content from Frit to optimize Pellet processes. Recovery of soluble solids (washing of pulp). Processing capacity of a wide range of citrus.
DEVICE DESIGN
Double helix screw auger that allows a progressive compaction of the product in two channels dividing the product to improve the separation process. Auger input area designed to regulate the supply of product. Solid drying system by adjustable air piston. CIP cleaning system with pneumatic aspersion. Structure and elements in contact with the product made of stainless steel. Angular contact bearings. Mechanical seal in solids discharge head to guarantee the tightness of the tank. Cooling chamber fluid of mechanical seal in constant renovation. Stop security system equipment in hinged covers.
